How to believe I am Spirit Soul?

USA is the world's No.1 country in the world. In terms of riches and luxury, they are at the top. And yet they are No.16 in the world in the Happiness Index (https://www.cnbc.com/2022/03/19/world-happiness-ranking-2022-where-the-united-states-ranks-now.html).

Why? Why does a country so rich in every way not happy? This then points to something deeper -- it is because we are not material, else matter could have given us happiness. We are Spiritual beings and no matter how GRAND the matter is -- it can never make us happy. We can see this in out life as well. We were unhappy when we got our first bicycle and we are still unhappy after getting our Honda car. In this way we can infer.

KRISHNA is telling clearly in the Gita -- we are His Superior energy and material world is His inferior energy. How can Superior be happy with inferior? Take away -- let us aspire for Superior happiness -- beyond this body and world.

जीवभूतां महाबाहो ययेदं धार्यते जगत् ॥ ५ ॥

Besides these, O mighty-armed Arjuna, there is another, superior energy of Mine, which comprises the living entities who are exploiting the resources of this material, inferior nature.

हे महाबाहु अर्जुन! इनके अतिरिक्त मेरी एक अन्य परा शक्ति है जो उन जीवों से युक्तहै, जो इस भौतिक अपरा प्रकृति के साधनों का विदोहन कर रहे हैं |
